A Level of Care Built for the Gap Between Outpatient and Inpatient

Partial Hospitalization Programs serve a vital purpose: they provide support for those facing significant challenges that need more than weekly counseling but don’t quite require 24/7 hospitalization. Perry Behavioral Health’s PHP is designed for middle and high schoolers who are ready for positive change amidst mood fluctuations, identity exploration, or substance use challenges.

Our PHP offers a structured, daily treatment experience on campus in Perry, GA, fostering real stabilization while allowing kids to maintain connections with their families and continue their schoolwork. Together, we can empower these young individuals to thrive and succeed!

What a Day in PHP Looks Like

Our schedule is designed to feel like structured life, not clinical confinement.

Weekends shift pace, with outings to nearby parks and community activities, keeping the program from feeling purely clinical.

Morning

Breakfast, followed by a community group that sets a topic for the day.

Late Morning

Gender-specific group therapy — boys and girls meet separately for deeper, more candid process work.

Midday

Online schooling, so academic progress doesn't stall during treatment.

Afternoon

Grade-level group therapy, with middle schoolers and high schoolers meeting separately so conversations stay age-appropriate.

Evening

Dinner, followed by downtime that includes art therapy, clubs, and activities shaped around what each group of teens is actually into.

Length of Treatment

At our PHP, most adolescents thrive during their 90 to 120-day stay. This carefully designed timeframe allows them to gain essential coping skills while also stabilizing their mood and behavior. Plus, with online schooling, clients can continue their education seamlessly, ensuring they remain on track academically and return home empowered and ready for the next chapter of their lives.

Cost and Insurance

Perry Behavioral Health offers flexible private pay options and is here to support families with cost expectations, benefit verification, and guiding you through the next steps towards positive mental health.

An Honest Alternative

We know the reputation some adolescent programs carry — isolating kids from their families, keeping them away for long stretches with little transparency. That’s not what we do. Perry Behavioral Health is built on openness: with your child, and with you. We show you the real process, not a polished version, because trust is what makes treatment work.
